What this notice covers
This notice describes the information used by Wipe Me Down AI when you prepare a two-person dance video, use an account, purchase video allowances or ask for help. Upload photos only with the permission of the people pictured, including a parent or guardian where required.
Information we use
- Account: name, email, sign-in method, account image when supplied, and session records such as IP address and browser information. If you choose an available Google sign-in option, we receive the account information needed to sign you in.
- Creation: your two photos, selected environment, task status and resulting video.
- Purchases: order reference, amount, currency, payment status, video balance and usage records. Card details are entered with the payment service; this site does not collect full card numbers or security codes.
- Support: messages and attachments you choose to send, together with the relevant account, order or task reference.
- Site use: language and cookie preferences and, when enabled, page-view and device information used for site measurement.
We use this information to provide access, create and deliver requested videos, manage purchases and balances, maintain security and handle support requests.
Services involved in processing
Hosting, account authentication, email, payment, media processing and delivery services may receive information needed for their role. Photo and video processing is part of providing the creation you request. We do not automatically publish your works in a public gallery or use them as demos.
The retention periods below cover media stored by this site. External services may process data in other countries and retain their own records separately. You can ask support about the handling of your information.
Cookies and local drafts
Necessary cookies support sign-in and language preferences. Where optional measurement or advertising is enabled, use the cookie controls offered on the site to review your choices.
Your browser stores selected photos and the environment locally so they can be restored after a refresh, sign-in or return from payment. A draft expires 24 hours after its latest saved change and is removed on the next draft access. Successfully submitting a task clears its local draft. You can remove selected photos or clear site data in your browser sooner. Clearing browser data may sign you out; it does not cancel an accepted task or delete server records.
Photo and video retention
- Finished videos are retained for 30 days from completion. Download before the expiry date displayed in your account.
- Uploaded source photos become due for deletion 24 hours after confirmed completion or failure. Uploads not used for a submitted task become due for deletion 24 hours after upload. Necessary inputs remain while a task is unresolved.
- Account, payment, balance and support records are separate from media files. Deleting a photo or video does not automatically delete those records. Use the contact details below for questions about their retention or deletion.
The website verifies account ownership before showing video lists and work detail pages. Only the signed-in author can view their work pages. Services used to process or deliver a video may also handle the data needed for their role.
Your choices and requests
You can email [email protected] without signing in to request access, correction or deletion of your information. You can remove completed, failed or expired creation cards from My creations. This hides the card and its detail page, without immediately deleting video files or billing records; files retain their original expiry date. There is currently no self-service account deletion button. A request may require verification that it concerns your account; deleting a browser draft is separate from requesting server-side deletion. Rights and any required exceptions depend on applicable law.
